Technology and Manufacturing Conditions
GREGORIUS produces its parts according to a refined technology, adapted to the technical requirements of spare parts for internal combustion engines and the high expectations of our customers.
Manufacturing Conditions
Materials
Materials come from MAHLE Poland in Krotoszyn. We produce cast iron castings for cylinder liners and valve seats in accordance with the relevant industry standards.
Processing
Cylinder liners and other products undergo heat treatment to improve their mechanical properties. Production uses a wide range of machine tools — from universal lathes, through LSP-class automatics, to modern GILDEMEISTER CNC machines. Final precision is achieved by grinding on shaft grinders.
Conservation
All products are protected with anti-corrosion agents from Fuchs.
Packaging
Products are packed in cardboard boxes. Bulk packaging is adapted to individual customer requirements.
Shipping
Ordered products are shipped according to individual arrangements: by courier, mail or our own transport.
